Ordering and payments

Artworks have been photographed as accurately as possible. Because of slight variations with screen settings, browsers etc,  images may appear different on your own screen. 

 
Payments are taken through PayPal or Apple Pay in British Pounds Sterling. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account as you can use the PayPal service to pay with your debit or credit card.

Shipping

UK shipping

Most orders will be packed and shipped within 5- 10 working days.  UK orders are sent by Parcel Force or an art courier depending on size and weight.   

I live in Hove so if you would prefer to collect from me that is an option at checkout.

Shipping to the EU post Brexit

From Jan 2021 EU shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

 
International Shipping

I can ship to most countries but it will take a little longer to arrive. It’s important for both of us to make sure artwork is transported safely and in the correct packaging.  If your location is not on the drop-down menu at the checkout please contact me for quotes.

Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour, and transit fees.

Note: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, shipping costs vary enormously, especially on air freight. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.

Returns

UK Returns

If a painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed upon, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.

Damaged artwork
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a painting that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph.

Returns outside the UK
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
